Frequently asked questions

When you order, we collect your Google review, Instagram, WhatsApp and menu links. Each URL is written directly onto a chip and printed into a QR code, with no redirect address in between.

According to Apple, background NFC tag reading is available on iPhone XS, XR and later with the screen on. On Android, NFC must be turned on. Older iPhones and phones with NFC off use the printed QR code.

Yes. A design with your logo or with your business name only, vertical, horizontal or custom-sized. We send a preview on business days and print after your approval.

The destination URL you give us is written directly onto the NFC chip (and printed into the QR code on stands); there is no NFCStand redirect address in between. If the NFC destination changes, the chip is rewritten. A printed QR code cannot change — a new destination needs a reprint. If you update the page behind the same URL yourself, the product opens the new content.

No. It is a one-time purchase: no monthly link fee, no panel and no redirect subscription. Optional rewriting or reprinting is quoted separately.
